RYNAN Smart Fertilizers technology
RYNAN Smart fertilizers is a controlled release fertilizer that is specially formulated with a patent nano-coating technology. Nutrients are encapsulated within each fertilizer granule and the rate of release is controlled to suit crop needs throughout a season. This means we can improve nutrient efficiencies by using lesser dosages of fertilizers for each growing season.
Unlike conventional fertilizers, only a single application is required at the start of each season, thus helping farmers save on production costs and reduce negative environmental impacts.
RYNAN’s Patented Coating Technology Explained
A: The smart release nitrogen-containing fertilizer granule comprises of a nitrogen-containing fertilizer core;
B: An organic functional layer covering the core, wherein the organic functional layer comprises at least one functional organic compound that is an enzyme inhibitor, a microbial suppressor, a phosphorus solubilizer, and/or a plant hormone;
C: Controlled-release layer covering the organic functional layer, wherein the controlled-release layer comprises water-swellable copolymeric nanoparticles;
D: Anticaking layer covering the controlled-release layer, wherein the anticaking layer comprises water-insoluble copolymeric nanoparticles.

Using RYNAN Nano-Polymer
The unique processing method allows the inclusion of additional beneficial micro-organisms, plant hormones, and nitrifying bacterial inhibitors without the deactivation or denaturing of these additives.
Outer Anti-Caking Layer
The anti-caking layer prevents granules from sticking together in presence of humidity and at temperatures above 30°C. This ensures longer shelf life and prevents deterioration during transportation.
