Terms & Condition for Pilot Program

Welcome to rynanagriculture.com. By participating in our pilot program, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before participating. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not participate in the program.

1. Eligibility

1.1. The campaign is open to individuals who are residing within the country during the submission process and throughout the campaign Period.

1.2. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of RYNAN Agriculture and it's affiliates are not eligible to participate.

2. Campaign Period

2.1. The Campaign starts on 1st of March 2025 and ends on 31st of March 2025.

2.2. Entries received after the Campaign Period will not be considered.

3. How to Participate

3.1. To participate, you must:
-Complete any additional forms or requirements as specified on the Campaign webpage.

3.2. To qualify for selection, an email will be sent after completing the Pilot program form, requesting a submission of a 1.5-minute video (recommended: not more than 30MB) highlighting:
-A quick self-introduction covering your story, your farming operation, and crop(s).
-Your unique farming challenges.
-How the IMS system can help you achieve your goals.

3.3. Multiple entries are not permitted. 
4.1. Participants for the Pilot Program will be selected based on the quality and relevance of their video submission.

4.2. Successful participants will be notified via, email or phone within 2 months of the Campaign’s end.

4.3. If the participant cannot be contacted or fails to confirm participation within 2 months, RYNAN Smart Agriculture reserves the right to select an alternative participant.

4. Participant Selection and Notification

5.1. By participating in the Campaign, you agree that RYNAN Smart Agriculture may collect, use, and process your personal information for the purposes of administering the Campaign and Pilot Program.
5.2. Your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Use of Personal Information

6.1. RYNAN Smart Agriculture reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:
-Violates these terms and conditions.
-Submits false or misleading information.
-Engages in fraudulent or unethical behavior.

6. Disqualification

7.1. RYNAN Smart Agriculture shall not be liable for:

-Any technical errors or failures that affect participation in the Campaign.

-Any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation or inability to participate in the Campaign.

7. Limitation of Liability

8.1. RYNAN Smart Agriculture reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice.

9. Governing Law

9.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore.

9.2. Any disputes arising from the Campaign will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
